POLICIES & PROCEDURES

 

We life happens, but here are some important things you should know before booking: 

pricing // so there are no surprises checking out, please refer to service pricing and details PRIOR to making an appointment! all prices listed are starting price only- density of hair, starting point and extra products used can all result in additional costs.

time // most full appointments take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on density and correction purposes. please manage or clear your day so we can enjoy our time together!

children // having children in the salon not receiving services creates a stressful environment for everyone in salon. please arrange for a sitter & keep all children at home-this is mandatory.   

salon // we are an intimate, women's only salon. Please refrain from bringing any guests to your appointment as space is limited for waiting area.

payments // all appointments are to be paid for in full before leaving the salon, this is the same for e transfers.

consultations // at the beginning of each colour appointment you will be allotted a 15 minute time slot to discuss inspiration and ideas. however if more time is needed a $50 consultation fee is required for a 30 minute time slot to discuss colour or extension placement ( subject to new clients ) if for any reason you need to cancel your consultation you will not be rebooked or refunded.

new clients // there is a non refundable $50 deposit to be made before an appointment will be scheduled. This non refundable $50 deposit is used towards your first appointment. if for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you will not be rebooked or refunded.

change of mind // we do our best to accommodate your inspo photos & goals! we utilize them as just that - inspiration! we love to communicate with our guests and will let you know if those goals are possible for you. these goals may take multiple sessions to achieve. we will absolutely do any minor “fixes” complimentary within 7 days of your previous appointment. However, please know any “change of mind” regarding your hair after your appointment will not be covered. You will be charged regular pricing to adjust your hair.

color corrections // there is a non refundable $100 deposit to be made for all color correction appointments. This non refundable $100 deposit is used towards your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you will not be rebooked or refunded.

late appointments // if you are more than 15 minutes late for you're pre booked appointment you will be rescheduled & charged a $50 fee for inconvenience.

cancelations & rebooking // 48 HOURS NOTICE is required for any cancelations & or rebooking otherwise 50% of the service scheduled will be charged before another appointment will be made. 

no shows // will not be tolerated and will not be rebooked.
